Why isn't my Compact turning on?

If your unit is not turning on, please try the following:

  1. Check the power connection: whether the unit is plugged into a standard, working outlet.
  2. Check if the unit’s front cover is in place and snapped shut – see our support article Intellipure Compact Filter Replacements for detailed instructions on how to remove and replace your filters to ensure all internal mechanisms are seated correctly.
  3. Check if the fuse located in the power plug receptacle (shown below) is blown.
