If your unit is not turning on, please try the following:
- Check the power connection: whether the unit is plugged into a standard, working outlet.
- Check if the unit’s front cover is in place and snapped shut – see our support article Intellipure Compact Filter Replacements for detailed instructions on how to remove and replace your filters to ensure all internal mechanisms are seated correctly.
- Check if the fuse located in the power plug receptacle (shown below) is blown.
