Certain lights in a room are not functioning when I tap on the button

For LIFX lights 

1. If you have not already, download the LIFX App from the Google Play Store or Apple App store. 

2. Connect the lights to the LIFX app. Instructions for this can be found here

3. Try and turn the lights on and off through the App. 

4. If this does not work, ensure that your lights, your App, and the DARWIN Hub are connected to the same Wi-Fi Network. 

5. If lights do not respond, turn the lights on and off using the switch. This will reset the Wi-Fi on the lights. 

6. If this does not work, turn the lights on and off five times, with a one-second interval in between. 

7. After the fifth time, the lights should start to blink, which indicates that they have been factory reset. 

8. Go to the LIFX App, and re-connect the light as if you’re connecting a new light. Instructions for this can be found here.

For Tuya lights 

1. If you have not already, download the Tuya App from the Google Play Store or Apple App store. 

2. If you have not already, connect the lights to the Tuya App. Instructions for this can be found here. Make sure lights are connected to the network. 

3. Try and turn the lights on and off through the App. 

4. If lights do not respond, turn the lights on and off using the switch. This will reset the Wi-Fi on the lights.
